TURNAROUND
Due to the current state of the world, our turnaround times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Production turnarounds may change without notice as conditions change rapidly to adjust to incoming order volume and supply chain interruptions.
Current Turnaround Estimates:
Subframes: 6-8 Weeks
Front Racks/Fuel Cells: 2-4 Weeks (tank packages fall under custom order)
Swingarms: 8-10 Weeks
Custom Order: 8-12 weeks (depends on specs Kryptanight, Street Sweeper, etc.)

Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full unless a deposit is agreed upon. Strickland Performance will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, back-orders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the situation and work with you to reach a solution.
SHIPPING
Shipping We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Strickland Performance will not be responsible for transit time estimates, undeliverable addresses, shipping errors, bad weather, or other problems with transit. Transit time is not included in the estimated turnaround time. Please account for transit time when placing your order. Shipping expenses are the client’s responsibility and will be added to the invoice prior to payment, except in exceptional circumstances. Not prepaying for shipping will delay the shipping of your order. Strickland Performance is no way affiliated with shipping companies and are not liable for damaged or lost packages. All claims should be taken up with shipping company
FLAWS
If you receive a product that seems to have a defect, please reach out as soon as possible and refrain from using the product. We will need a photo of the area of concern, and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We stand behind all our products. If your order is damaged in shipping, you must contact the carrier with a claim. Do Not attempt to return products without prior approval.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order with us, you will need to call us immediately at 336-237-1018. Cancellations are only accepted by phone, within 24hrs of placing order. Orders canceled after 24hrs and before production has begun will incur a $25.00 administration fee. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are given for custom orders. If we agree to refund after production has begun, a 20% restocking fee will be retained.
DEPOSITS
Once a Deposit has been taken you will have 30 days to complete payment. Upon the expiration of the 30 day time period, if order has not paid in full the deposit will be forfeited and product will return to stock and be resold. all in house jobs require a 50 percent deposit up front before work begins.(all mail ordered and custom fabricated items require to be paid in full before order is started, unless a deposit agreement has been made) No exceptions or excuses. Any work left over 7 days after completion will result in 50 dollars a day storage fee up to 30 days and then will be sold to pay remaining bill. ( NO WARRANTY ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS)
(CHARGEBACKS)
Customers, please understand that there are ways to handle things besides chargebacks. It seems this trend has starting to get out of hand, throughout the online sales market. While we understand unforeseen circumstances arise with all that is going on in the world, maybe Ordered the wrong part, Loss of a job, realized your funds was a little funny, and wife is going to kill you, whatever the case may be. Please know chargebacks are just as detrimental to the buyer as much as the seller. Every time you do a chargeback it lowers your purchase rating with credit card companies and with eventually restrict a customer from making an online purchase, so please keep this in mind, Communication is key and we will work with you to handle any situation.
